The Zoom app (Bmator Meeting Report)

Bmator imports the meetings you host on Zoom — the AI Companion summary, next steps, transcript, participants and attendance, polls and Q&A — into private meeting reports that only you can see unless you share them.

• Requirements: a Zoom Pro plan or above; Meeting Summary with AI Companion enabled for summaries; cloud recording with Create audio transcript for transcripts.
• Connect: in Bmator, open Meetings → Sources, choose Connect Zoom, sign in to Zoom and approve the permissions. Full steps: Connect a source.
• New meetings arrive automatically about a minute after Zoom finishes the summary.
• A report says "reconnect Zoom": a permission was not granted. Choose Reconnect on the Zoom row in Meetings → Sources and approve every permission.
• Disconnect: choose Disconnect on the Zoom row in Meetings → Sources. Bmator revokes its access at Zoom and stops syncing; you choose whether the imported reports are kept or deleted.
• Remove the app from Zoom: in the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps and remove Bmator Meeting Report.
