Rank companies, candidates, vendors, or products against a standardized rubric using the Scoring feature. A scoring list defines the evaluation criteria and manages a panel of subjects to rank.

Understanding subjects

Subjects are the entities you score or run on, such as a company, candidate, or vendor. The content evaluated for each subject is the union of a folder, individual chosen documents, and tagged documents. Any existing folder can also become a subject.

To define subjects outside of a scoring list:

  1. Open Subjects.
  2. Select New subject to set up a new entity, or work with existing folders.

Setting up a scoring list

A scoring list acts as your rubric. It contains scored questions—each configured with its own range, weight, and an optional pass threshold—alongside a panel of assigned subjects.

  1. Open Scoring.
  2. Select New scoring list.
  3. Define your scored questions, specifying the score range, weight, and pass threshold for each item.
  4. Select Add subjects to add the subjects you want to evaluate into the panel.

Running an evaluation and viewing results

When you execute an evaluation, the system processes every active subject in the panel. If you select an existing folder during execution, it automatically joins the panel.

  1. Open your scoring list.
  2. Select Run scoring.

Each execution stores the numerical scores, detailed explanations, and confidence levels for every subject, presented alongside a radar chart visualization.

To save your results offline, select Export to download the run as an Excel file or a PDF.

AI credit usage

Every scored answer consumes AI credit. The total credits required depend on the number of questions and subjects evaluated. For example, running a scoring list with 20 questions across 10 subjects requires 200 scored answers.
