2.4Getting started: getting help
Bmator provides several ways to find answers and resolve issues, ranging from instant automated guidance to direct communication with support.
Getting instant help on your current page
For the fastest assistance, open the side help panel using the floating help button or by selecting Help on this page from the top bar help menu.
The side panel offers:
- An explanation of what the current page is for.
- Direct links to the relevant chapter of this guide when available.
- Plain-language answers to questions you type, drawn from platform help resources and this user guide.
Each answer can be marked helpful or not, which indicates to the Bmator team what explanations need improvement.
Browsing the user guide
This user guide provides comprehensive documentation of platform features and workflows. Consult it when you need structured, end-to-end guidance for configuring processes or managing data.
Contacting the team
When self-service answers do not resolve your problem, you can reach out directly to the team:
- In the help panel, select Still stuck? and then select Ask the team. This opens a request pre-filled with the question you asked, the answer received, and the page you were on.
- To submit a new inquiry, select Send feedback from the top bar help menu. This opens a blank request where you can submit a question, a bug report, or a feature request.
- Complete the form by specifying how much the issue is blocking you and attaching optional screenshots to clarify your request.
Viewing submitted requests
To review your past inquiries and responses:
- Go to the Help & Feedback page.
- View My requests to see the list of items you have sent and the team's replies.
Getting help as a guest
If you are a guest user who only has items shared with you, you have full access to the side help panel and this user guide. For questions or issues regarding the specific shared item itself, contact the person who shared it with you.
