Services
Available in:EnglishFrançais

The Submissions page displays everything people have dropped onto your services. For every submission, you can see who sent it, the uploaded files, the current status, and what the item is waiting for, such as your approval, the submitter's email confirmation, or credit.

Managing submissions

From the list on the Submissions page, you can process incoming items:

  • Click Run to approve and start the processing of a submission.
  • Click Deliver to email the submitter a private link to their result.
  • Click Reject to stop the submission. The submitter is not emailed.

You can also open an individual submission to inspect its details and view the full run. From this view, select Approve and run to process the item, or select Share the result with the submitter to provide them access.

Held submissions

When your account does not have sufficient credit to cover a run, the submission is held. Nothing is charged or lost while it waits. Once you top up your credit, the run starts by itself. If the required credit is not added, the held submission expires after 14 days.

Submitter permissions

You can manage future interactions with individual senders directly from your submissions:

  • Select Block this submitter to prevent the user from sending submissions to any of your services.
  • Select Trust to allow the submitter to skip your approval on future submissions. Email confirmation requirements still apply.

Submitter repositories

In Submitter repositories, you can view the files each submitter staged for each of your services, kept between runs. From this area, you can run the service again using the staged files, or choose Add to my knowledge to copy the files into a workspace so Ask Bmator can search them.

Service ratings

The bottom of a service page includes a ratings area that displays feedback left by submitters on delivered results. Each entry shows the star rating, comment, author, and submission date. An average score appears once a service receives enough ratings.

You can answer feedback publicly by selecting the option to reply, and your response can be edited later. If a review requires review by platform administrators, select the option to report it. Reporting a rating does not hide it, and a rating cannot be deleted or edited by its owner.
