12.3Names to review

In Names to review, Bmator displays names it found but could not settle on its own. This typically occurs when text contains a Short form like "A. Martin", or a name that several people share. If no unresolved items remain, the section displays: Nothing to review — every name Bmator found is settled.

Resolving candidates

Each card asks Who is it? and presents potential candidates along with the context explaining why each one is listed.

To resolve a name:

1. Select Open the text to see where the name was found.
2. Evaluate the proposed candidates under Who is it?.
3. Choose This one to confirm an existing match, create the person or company as new, or specify that none of them fits.

Every decision is saved at once and the list refreshes.

Connections to review

When the workspace reads connections with AI, Connections to review lists the connections the AI proposed.
