15.1Your public page

Services
Available in:EnglishFrançais

Your public page serves as the public home of your services. It tells visitors who you are and shows the services people can send their documents to.

To access this section, locate the services category in the left menu and select My public page.

Setting up your page

Only a single detail is required to establish your page, though you can provide additional elements to present your profile effectively.

  1. Enter a name in the Display name field. This is the only mandatory requirement to create the page.
  2. Add optional media and text, such as a photo or logo, a headline, an about text, external links, and items for a showcase gallery.
  3. Add relevant tags to ensure your profile can be located in the directory.

Once generated, the Public URL is derived directly from your display name. This address remains permanent and fixed after creation so that previously emailed results sent to submitters do not break their links.

Publishing and sharing

Your profile remains private while you work on it. Nothing is visible to the public until you check Published (visible publicly).

After you publish the page:

  • The profile becomes active online at its designated public address, accessible via My public page.
  • You can share the address directly with your audience.
  • You can use Invite people to this page to notify users by email. Recipients do not need an account to view your page.
