Services
Available in:EnglishFrançais

A service allows anyone, such as a candidate, a founder, or a supplier, to send you a document without needing a Bmator account. Once submitted, Bmator runs one of your configured processes on that document, such as a scoring grid, a task, or a workflow.

Every service operates under clear ownership rules:

  • A newly created service remains private until you choose to open it to the public.
  • The owner pays the processing cost for every run.
  • A person who submits a document receives a result only if the owner decides to share it.

How it works for the owner

  1. Set up your public page to host your offerings.
  2. Create a service by selecting the process to execute and defining its rules.
  3. Make the service accessible when you are ready to receive files.
  4. Review submissions and check the run results in your workspace.

How it works for the submitter

  1. Open the public service link in any browser.
  2. Upload the requested document and provide any required information.
  3. Submit the file for processing.
  4. Receive the results only when you, as the owner, choose to send or display them.
