2.2Getting started: the side menu and your applications

Bmator organizes your daily work through the main navigation menu located on the left side of the screen.

The side menu

The side menu lists the parts of Bmator you use every day, including Messaging, Mail, Library, Contacts, Organisations, People & sharing, Ask Bmator, Settings, and more. Each menu entry opens its own set of pages.

This manual follows the structure of the interface directly, providing one chapter per menu item in the same order that they appear on your screen.

Opening applications

Bmator includes dedicated applications such as Reportomator and BPMator. When opened, each application displays its own navigation menu.

To manage and access your applications:

1. Navigate to Welcome to Bmator.
2. Use Choose your applications to select the tools you need for your work.
3. Use Go to my applications to open them.
