7Library
The Library is where your documents live, organized by workspaces and folders. It stores your files securely and prepares them for retrieval across the platform.
Adding documents
You can bring content into the Library by uploading individual files or an entire folder. To add documents:
- Open the Library.
- Drop files or a whole folder anywhere on the page to start an upload, or use Upload.
Once added, each document is converted automatically so that search tools and AI features can read its contents.
Organizing and managing content
Within the Library, you can structure your assets using dedicated spaces and directories:
- Create a container by selecting New workspace or organize existing areas with New folder.
- Move items by choosing Move to… from an item's menu, selecting multiple items to move together, or dragging them into a folder in the tree or list. You can quickly select recent locations under Recent destinations.
- Navigate between different areas using Switch Workspace, view private content in Personal, or access items sent by teammates in Shared with me.
- Share access with colleagues by choosing Share or Invite people.
To view every file across all folders in one place, open All documents. Here you can review conversion statuses such as Ready, Converting…, or Failed, filter for unprocessed files, and re-run conversion in bulk.
Finding your documents
You can locate any document across all reachable workspaces, including content shared with you, by searching for file names, document text, and AI responses:
- Enter your search terms into the Search documents, content, tasks… field to begin a Search.
- To find literal wording, enable Exact phrase.
- View quick matches or select See all results to open the full Search results page.
- Revisit past inquiries using Search history or retrieve frequently used queries from Saved searches.
When no exact word matches, the search system displays content that is close in meaning and notes that semantic matching was used.
