12.4Your graph and shared graphs
The Your graphs screen displays your personal graph, the shared graphs you belong to, and pending invitations. Everyone has Your graph, which is private and visible only to them.
A shared graph is never automatic: someone must create it and invite others, and each person decides whether to participate.
Creating and joining a shared graph
To set up and populate a shared graph:
- Select Create a shared graph.
- Open Members and select Invite to invite specific people, or select Invite everyone to invite everyone in the workspace.
When you receive an invitation, it appears under Invitations. To respond:
- Select Join to participate as a Member.
- Select Decline to reject the invitation.
Graphs you have joined appear under Graphs you are in.
Managing graph contributions
Each shared graph has a dedicated Graph page showing who is in it and what your own graph contributes.
Your personal graph contributes nothing to a shared graph until you switch it on. Once switched on, you decide what to contribute, such as your links (your address book and the people you write to) and your corrections.
Permissions and graph management:
- A Manager can rename the graph, invite people, and remove people. A manager can also select Delete this graph to remove it entirely.
- Any participant can choose Leave this graph at any time.
What the AI gets right
The What the AI gets right page displays, for each kind of connection, how often the people of this graph confirmed what the AI proposed.
Once a kind of connection earns a sufficient rate:
- A Manager can select Confirm them automatically to let the AI confirm proposals on its own.
- Connections processed by the system are marked as Confirmed automatically.
Automatic confirmation stops by itself if the rate drops, or a manager can select Stop to halt it manually.
