Messaging brings together the communications you handle across Bmator into a single place. From here, you can manage conversations with other people, follow up on requests sent to the Bmator team, review comments you have posted, and stay informed through system alerts.

Overview of messaging areas

Messaging contains four primary areas:

  • Inbox: Conversations with people on Bmator. This includes messages you sent a contact, messages to and from the owner of a public page, and your support requests. Note that your own mailboxes are located under Mail.
  • Help & Feedback: Your questions, bug reports and requests to the Bmator team, and their answers. For guidance on how to do something, Help on this page provides answers straight away from the help.
  • My Comments: A dedicated list showing every comment you wrote on documents, datasets, companies, dashboards and other items. Selecting a comment allows you to return directly to its original item.
  • Notifications: A feed that lists mentions, replies, new messages and alerts, sorted newest first.
