Manage your credit balance, monitor AI usage costs, and choose how to fund automated tasks in the Billing & credits view.

Understanding your balance and consumption

Your current credit level is displayed under Available balance. Every time an AI operation runs, credits are deducted based on the resources used.

To view a detailed breakdown of what each AI call cost, open Consumption history. To review past invoices and purchases, go to Payment history.

Adding credits

You can replenish your credits or bypass platform charges entirely through three methods:

1. Make a one-off purchase by selecting Top up with credits.
2. Subscribe to a plan that includes an allocation of monthly credits.
3. Connect your own AI provider key so that calls bypass platform credits entirely.

What a plan changes

Upgrading to a plan adjusts two parameters:

• Monthly credits: A fresh credit allowance is granted with each billing cycle.
• Storage: The maximum combined size of your library changes. The allowed limit is displayed on each plan's card, and is calculated per seat if you are on a per-seat plan.

A plan never limits the number of members you can add, the workspaces you can set up, or the invitations and sharing you can perform across the platform.
