9Contacts
Bmator maintains one address book per person for the people you work with. Your address book populates automatically from invitations, shared items, email messages, file imports, and scanned business cards.
In addition, Bmator uses a single shared set of organisations across all apps. Whether a company is referenced in an individual contact card, a scheduled meeting, an email thread, or a ledger line, each entry points directly to the same central record.
Overview of topics
The Contacts documentation covers the following areas:
- The address book: managing and viewing your personal contact list.
- Scanning cards: reading details from physical business cards into your records.
- Duplicates and merging: detecting overlapping contact details and combining duplicate entries.
- Organisations and positions: managing company entities and tracking work positions across apps.
- Stakeholders found in your accounts: linking key stakeholders directly to financial records and ledgers.
