12.6Your relationships

Available in:EnglishFrançais

Your relationships shows the people you are in touch with, scored from your own mail, address book and meetings only. Nothing here is shown to anyone else. It evaluates communication in both directions, your address book entries, and the meetings you took part in, completely independent of your colleagues' activity.

Each contact is assigned a Strength level based on your activity:

  • Strong
  • Regular
  • Weak

Going quiet

The section labeled Going quiet lists the people you have not been in touch with for a while and displays details such as Last contact. If all contacts are active, the area indicates that nothing is going quiet.

To manage notifications for cooling relationships:

  1. Select Tell me when a relationship goes quiet to receive alerts when communication drops off.
  2. Select Don't tell me when they go quiet if you want to turn off these alerts.

  • How you reach them: Shows how you can reach the person or company, whether directly through your own link or through colleagues who share their links in a graph you are both in.
